Jekka’s Edition Floral Fizz
Try this light and refreshing serve – perfect for your next garden party!
50ml 6 O’clock Gin Jekka’s Edition – Bouquet Garni
25ml Camomile Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
10 Mint Leaves
To make the Camomile Syrup: Add 2 camomile tea bags and half a cup of caster sugar to half a cup of boiled water.
Stir until dissolved and allow to cool before use.
For the drink:
Add the Jekka’s Edition gin, camomile syrup, lemon juice and 8 mint leaves to a cocktail shaker.
Fill with ice and shake hard.
Strain into an iced filled glass and top with soda water.
Garnish with 2 mint leaves and a piece of lemon peel.
