Jekka’s Edition Ginjito
The perfect summer serve for Jekka’s Edition – Bouquet Garni.
50ml 6 O’clock Gin Jekka’s Edition – Bouquet Garni
5 Sprigs of Tarragon
2 Teaspoons Caster Sugar
Cut the lime in half, then divide one half into 8 small pieces. Muddle these in the bottom of a tall glass with the sugar.
Strip the leaves from 4 sprigs of tarragon, add them to the glass and muddle gently.
Add 50ml of Jekka’s Edition and fill the glass half full with crushed ice. Churn through with a spoon, then top with soda and more crushed ice.
Garnish with the remaining sprig of tarragon and lime, then serve immediately.
