Perfect for sipping in your garden – with friends, or simply by yourself!

2 parts London Dry
1 part Elderflower Liqueur (or Cordial)
1 part Lime Juice
4 parts Pressed Apple Juice
A small handful of Mint Leaves
Cucumber to garnish

Shake the gin, juices, mint and elderflower together in a cocktail shaker, along with a handful of ice.
Strain the mixture into a collins (highball) glass and top up with a little more ice. Garnish the cocktail with fresh line, mint or cucumber slices.
