Here is a Valentine’s cocktail to help you say, to that special someone in your life, those all-important magical words: I love drinking with you.
Ingredients
- 50ml 6 O’clock Gin
- 5ml Bramley and Gage Raspberry liqueur
- 10ml Bramley and Gage Sweet Vermouth
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- Handful of Fresh Raspberries
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
- Dry shake all the ingredients until the egg has emulsified and the berries have been pulverized.
- Add half a cup of ice to the shaker
- Shake again until cold
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish as required
Top Tip: Don’t shy away from egg white, it provides a beautiful, creamy mouth-feel and gives the cocktail it’s perfect foamy head.
