Of course you can enjoy it neat but it makes an amazing cocktail. Try our Damson Mule, refreshing, fruity and with a bit of a kick.
Ingredients
- 50ml 6 O’clock Damson Gin
- juice of half a lime
- fiery ginger ale
Method
- Pour your 6 O’clock Damson Gin over ice, squeeze in your lime, wedges and all, and finally top with fiery ginger ale. Tastes wonderful.
If you really want a really fiery challenge and added kick; try steeping red chillis in sugar syrup and adding a shot of that.
