Add to Basket
1 part (or Cordial) Elderflower Liqueur
Add to Basket1 part Lime Juice
4 parts Pressed Apple Juice
Small handful of Mint Leaves
Cucumber to garnish
How to mix it
Step 1
Shake the gin, juices, mint and elderflower together in a cocktail shaker, along with a handful of ice
Step 2
Strain the mixture into a collins (highball) glass and top up with a little more ice
Step 3
Garnish the cocktail with fresh line, mint or cucumber slices
