Romy’s Edition Collins

A simple alternative to the classic Gin & Tonic – perfect with 6 O’clock Gin’s ‘Romy’s Editon’.

50ml Romy’s Edition
20ml Lime Juice
20ml Agave Syrup
75ml Soda Water
Sliced mango to garnish

Combine the gin, lime and agave in a highball, and stir to combine. Add ice to the top of the glass, then carefully fill with soda water. Stir once more, and garnish with the sliced mango.
