What better way to celebrate a bumper blackberry harvest than with this British classic created by Dick Bradsell in the 1980s

2 parts London Dry
Add to Basket1 part Fresh Lemon Juice

1 part Blackberry Liqueur
Add to Basket1 dash Sugar Syrup
Crushed Iced
How to mix it
Step 1
Shake the gin, lemon and sugar syrup in a shaker, along with a handful of ice
Step 2
Fill your glass with crushed ice, then strain the mixture over the top
Step 3
Carefully drizzle the blackberry liqueur ‘though’ the icy mixture
Step 4
Garnish with lemon and fresh blackberries
