The Bramble

What better way to celebrate a bumper blackberry harvest than with this British classic created by Dick Bradsell in the 1980s.

2 parts London Dry
1 part Fresh Lemon Juice
1 part Blackberry Liqueur
1 dash Sugar Syrup
Crushed Iced

Shake the gin, lemon and sugar syrup in a shaker, along with a handful of ice.
Fill your glass wit crushed ice, then strain the mixture over the top.
Carefully drizzle the blackberry liqueur ‘though’ the icy mixture, then garnish with lemon and fresh blackberries.
