The Hedgerow Royale
It’s easy to make, deliciously fruity and adds a splash of festive fizz to our 6 O’clock Sloe Gin.
Difficulty
5 minutes to prepare
30ml Sloe
Add to Basket30ml Cherry Brandy of choice
60ml of Prosecco
Sprig of Rosemary (lightly bruise the leaves in your hand)
How to mix it
Step 1
Fill coupe glass with crushed ice and pour over 2 ounces of Prosecco
Step 2
Slowly pour 30ml (1oz) 6 O’Clock Sloe Gin & 30ml (1oz) of Cherry Brandy into the glass so that they sink to the bottom
Step 3
Enjoy!
