6 O’clock Sicilian Orange Gin Fizz

Celebrate the arrival of spring and make use of delicious blood oranges with this rosy red seasonal cocktail, the Sicilian Orange Gin Fizz. A simple yet zingy twist on a classic gin and tonic with the bittersweet flavour of the orange really adding depth to the gin.

Ingredients

• 50ml 6 O’clock Gin
• Juice of one blood orange
• A few drops of angostura bitters
• Good quality tonic water

Instructions

1. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the juice.
2. Add the 6 O’clock Gin and bitters.
3. Top up with tonic water to the desired level.
4. Stir gently to combine and garnish with a slice of orange.
