Celebrate the arrival of spring and make use of delicious blood oranges with this rosy red seasonal cocktail, the Sicilian Orange Gin Fizz. A simple yet zingy twist on a classic gin and tonic with the bittersweet flavour of the orange really adding depth to the gin.
- 50ml 6 O’clock Gin
- Juice of one blood orange
- A few drops of angostura bitters
- Good quality tonic water
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the juice.
- Add the 6 O’clock Gin and bitters.
- Top up with tonic water to the desired level.
- Stir gently to combine and garnish with a slice of orange.
