WE ARE HIRING: Bottling and Labelling Coordinator
We’re looking for someone to join our Production Team, reporting to the Operations Manager, to take responsibility for key areas of the production process, including bottling and labelling.

Nature and Scope of the Job
- All aspects of bottling, labelling, packaging and despatching our fantastic products, including 5L stocks
- Working with dispatcher to maintain stocks of finished products
- Ensuring manufacturing standards are maintained, responsibly carry out all tasks according to SOPs
- To understand the site requirements to meet production demands against KPI’s in the area(s) through effective work-based skills
- Own in house retail area and maintain shop stocks
Purpose of the Job
- To maintain and continually improve product quality, legality and food safety to meet and exceed the standards set by Salsa and our customers
- Effectively lead, drive and motivate themselves within a team to achieve and exceed designated manufacturing KPI’s in a safe working environment
- To maintain high standards of GMP and assist continuous improvement activities in their area of work
- Responsible for maintaining bottle and pouch stocks
Principal Accountabilities
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance on-shift including near miss reporting
- Ensure Quality compliance on-shift and make recommendations for improvements
- Understand operational SOP’s and GMP
- Be involved in Continuous Improvement programs through employee engagement program
- Drive own efficiency in area(s) to meet and exceed manufacturing budgeted targets
Knowledge & Experience Required
- A good communicator who enjoys working in a team
- Qualified in basic food hygiene
- Quality focused
- Ambitious, wanting to progress within the department
- Excellent in time keeping and attendance
Remuneration
The job pays £11.54 per hour, on a full-time basis (40 hours). In addition to this, we offer a generous company pension, employee discount and a regular supply of 6 O’clock Gin! We have free on-site parking, and are enrolled in the Cycle to Work scheme.
