During your session, you will take part in two experiences:
MINI COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS
Create your own ‘Pink Clover Club’, as our expert team show you how to measure, mix and adjust the ingredients to your personal taste, including tips and tricks to up your cocktail game! You’ll learn about the origins of this quintessential classic, and how we craft some of the ingredients used. When you’ve perfected your drink, relax and enjoy your handiwork, against the beautiful backdrop of Bristol’s harbourside.
GIN TASTING
Explore three of our strikingly smooth artisan gins with our expert team, as you learn the basics of how gin is made, and how 6 O’clock Gin came to be! You’ll be guided through a tutored tasting of the gin trio, picking up on the nuanced botanicals and flavour profiles as you smell and taste each one. You’ll also be given advice on pairing each of the sample servings with mixers and garnishes for the ‘perfect serve’.
This gin experience lasts approximately 1 hour in total, and is held at our central Bristol venue, The Glassboat, where all required equipment and ingredients will be provided. Once the experience is over, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy the comfortable surroundings of our gin bar at your leisure, with a G&T of your choice. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit our on-board shop, if you would like to make any purchases. Wristband holders can take advantage of an exclusive 20% discount in the shop and the bar for the duration of Bristol Pride (please note, this excludes Happy Hour deals).
