Tasting notes
Intense aromas of zesty citrus and warm spices accompany the familiar scent of juniper.
Initial flavours of tart cranberry and sweet orange provide a vibrant and balanced fruitiness, that is followed by a
gentle wave of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, adding depth and complexity, whilst the classic juniper backbone
remains constant throughout. The finish is long and satisfying, with a lingering warmth and a hint of citrus zest.
For Mixing:
Best served over ice with premium tonic water, a twist of orange and a sprig of rosemary for a wonderfully festive G&T.
Alternatively, try adding to warm, mulled apple juice for an indulgently rich winter warmer.
